its time for change

i figured that i should update
before i dont have the chance to

its been crazy
youth alpha has started,
so has everything else?
i'm excited about the camps
yet feeling so tired
i pray so hard that it'll go away
because you dont enjoy anything
when you're feeling all weary

saturday, gave me a break
a good one, considering going
through so much after it
i thank God for friends,
who make my days so pleasurable
who are literally there to make me
laugh & to make me feel at ease
i've laughed so hard over the weekend
yet cried so hard
its the last week yet i know it isnt

embrace the change

i'm more than prepared for change
i dont care about pride
or simply holding myself back
just because i dont want to
take the step back
its a huge step
but a huge one with faith
with trust & with the support
of my family
i used to scream, because i thought
my family didnt support me
but now when i need it most,
they're the ones right here
cheering me on & telling me that
everything's going to be alright
they've cried with me, they've
prayed with me, they've done
so so much for me

i'm moving on with no regrets

simply because, they love me
God loves me & He loves you too
